Once you complete our Purchase Request Form, Edgewood Homes takes care of preparing all of the paperwork. The team member you met with will be available through the entire process to answer any questions you may have.

The process of choosing your finishes including kitchen layouts, flooring and other aesthetic selections will happen over the first couple of months after purchase.
Two complimentary in-person meetings are provided for new home purchase. Additional meetings are available for an additional fee.

The first visit takes place during the framing process after plumbing and electrical have been roughed in allowing you to confirm that added or modified elements have been installed in the correct locations.
The second visit is a pre-delivery inspection that takes place approximately 1 week prior to occupancy. It is intended to identify any outstanding work or fixes that are required.
